Next generation inline doors
Smooth gliding, aluminium panoramic doors with thermal performance built-in. WarmCore inline patio doors allow natural light to flood in to your home through large glazed sashes that maximise the enjoyment of your view. The full width thermal core at the heart of the WarmCore range lets you enjoy the desirability and durability of aluminium, while keeping your home snug and warm. Custom designed 10 wheel rollers glide effortlessly on a precision engineered track, making these panoramic doors the perfect blend of aesthetics and performance.
Safety First
A unique feature of the Warmcore patio door is the addition of a concealed safety brake system. This brake system is routed into the head of the frame, and prevents slamming by slowing down the door to a soft, final close.
This also works as an anti finger-trap device, which is ideal if you have children in the home. This is available as an upgrade on either the opening side or both sides, and has become a very popular upgrade with Warmcore customers.

We’ve brought the classic sliding patio door up-to-date with clean lines, a flush finish and a hard-wearing aluminium exterior, combining architectural appeal with practicality. With two, three and four pane configurations you can choose a style that suits both your home and living style, bringing the outside in during summer months and keeping the cold out during the winter.
Super smooth operation
The WarmCore inline patio uses a unique, high-quality wheelset with each sash running on 10 self-levelling rollers to give you ultra-smooth, reliable performance.
The wheels have been tested to 50,000 cycles, so you know your doors will be running effortlessly for years to come.
Personalise your WarmCore Patio
Your choice of inside and out
WarmCore inline patios are available in a choice of two hard wearing powder coated stock colours; Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and Pure White. Your choice of external and internal colour helps you match the look of your home inside and out.
For further personalisation, we can also offer any colour from the RAL colour range, giving you the option of over 200 colours that you can mix and match either side. All RAL coloured finishes are produced in house and come with the same 10 year guarantee.
A choice of threshold options, which can be combined with various sill configurations, let you find the ideal solution for your requirements.

Security built-in
Every WarmCore patio is independently certified to AS24:2016, the benchmark in enhanced security performance requirements for doorsets and windows in the UK.
Each door is also fitted with a high security ‘Anti-Snap’ and ‘Anti-Bump’ Yale Platinum 3 Star cylinder, designed to provide maximum security against known cylinder attack methods.
Glass & Glazing Options
Standard Glass
28mm Toughened
A neutral tinted glass ideally suited for any WarmCore door. Using standard 28mm double glazing the WarmCore folding sliding door achieves a U-value of 1.5 W/m2K.
Triple Glazed
44mm Toughened
Robustly designed to take the weight of triple glazed units as standard, choose this option for the ultimate thermal performance - 75% better than standard double glazed doors.
Laminated Glass
This high security laminated glass has a 6.8mm laminated outer pane, meaning the glass cannot be smashed and will break into a film (like a car windscreen) if attached. Laminated glass is Secured by Design approved and meets Part Q specification if required on a new build. Please note, units over 2.5m² will automatically be upgraded to laminated.
